Refund and Returns Policy

  1. The 7-Day Return Window
    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, the sale is considered final.
  2. Eligibility for Returns
    To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet these conditions:

Unused & Original: The item must be in the same condition that you received it .

Complete Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all tags, certificates of authenticity, and any free gifts included.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.

  1. Defective or Wrong Items (Important!)
    Unboxing Video: It is highly recommended to record a video while opening your package. This serves as proof if an item arrives broken or is different from what you ordered.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Customized Orders: Any jewelry or items made specifically to your size or design cannot be returned.

Energized Items: Items that have undergone specific “Puja” or energizing rituals at the customer’s request are usually non-returnable.

  1. The Refund Process
    Inspection: Once your return is received, the team will inspect it to ensure it hasn’t been used or altered.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).

Timeline: Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns
    Customer Responsibility: In most cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Defective Items: If the return is due to an error on the store’s part (wrong item or defective product), they will usually cover the return shipping costs.
