Domestic: We deliver to almost all pin codes across India. - Processing Time
Standard Orders: Most items are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.
Energized Items: If you request a “Puja” or specific energizing ritual for your gems/malas, please allow an extra 1–2 days for the ritual to be completed before shipping.
Custom Jewelry: Items that require resizing can take 5–7 business days to prepare.
- Delivery Timelines
Major Cities (India): Usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5 to 8 business days.
International: Typically takes 10 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance in your country.
- Shipping Charges
Domestic: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value (check the website banner for current offers).
International: Shipping fees are based on the destination country and the package weight. Please note: Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or India Post), we will email/SMS you a Tracking ID so you can follow your package in real-time. - Secure Packaging
Because gemstones and idols are fragile, we use multi-layer bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Insurance: High-value shipments are generally insured to protect against loss or damage during shipping.
- Missing or Delayed Packages

If a package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
